Located above his beloved farm, Passeio, Pico Mirante sits at the highest elevation of the 'Lookout'. It is here that we have selected a 100% Yellow Bourbon Natural lot that is truly exceptional. When brewed, this coffee exhibits almond, mandarin, and dark chocolate notes.

He has chosen to dry the coffee on African beds, a method that allows for more even drying and helps to improve both yield and cup quality.
